Wrye bash access denied error.

Alright I will start from the beginning, I made small plugin with tes construction. After that I downloaded another mod, then I used BOSS to rearrange my load order. When I used the command rebuild patch in wrye bash in the end, I got this message.

 

Because of this I can't rebuild it, instead it gives me this error message. Help please.

I fixed it by launching the wrye bash as an admin, it worked.

Install the game someplace OTHER THAN the Program Files folders.......

My game is installed on my D drive. It's still not working. Not sure what is going on...?

 

I'm having maybe a slightly different issue. This is the error message:
