Need help with lip files

Do not own Skyrim. May buy it one day when done with NV. But this leads to a problem: I'm all ready to start putting recorded voice to my ghoul NPC I've lovingly written and crafted into absurdity, and I find out I need Skyrim's CK to make lip files.

Fine, right?

Negative. CK is only available to folks who own Skyrim. Unlike GECK which people who don't own FONV can (uselessly) download.

Boo.

What's my work around here? I read an old old thread about how the GECK is ready to do lip syncing itself, without having to switch back and forth between it and the CK, but you just need one particular dir packed with CK, then that dir was removed from the page for copyright stuffs.

So... what do I do folks? Is voice-acted modding restricted only to those elite few who bought both Skyrim and NV? Is it time for a brutal class war but on the internet where all we can do is make fallacious accusations and wildly exaggerated estimations of character? Or do we gather torches and muskets and march on the bastions of Bethesda and ask, nay, demand our lip-syncy file thing?

Or, s#*!, anybody got a valid link? There's got to be a legal way to get this damned thing.

Lol.

The workaround to get the lip files by owning a copy of oblivion takes way longer. My advice is to just buy Skyrim, it is dirt cheap now anyway.

I'm pretty sure that it's illegal to publicly host the actual processing folder required for creating lip files anyway as it is still technically part of Skyrims Assets.

Bugger.

So I'm literally going to purchase Skyrim ('Fallout with magic' :D) just so I can get one fking file.

This is like buying a box of American cheese because you need to cover a busted-out window with celophane.

XD

Anyway, fine, may as well get the bundle, too, since I do plan to play it one day. Ugh, I just don't have the belt room right now with holidays and crap.

Since there's no legal way to get this file included, logic would state there must be a legal way to knock over a liquor store, so I'm reading local statutes right now. Yes, anything to get out of shelling out $40.00 I didn't want to for another couple of months.

P.S. You were awesome in NVB.
