Midas Missile Shield will remove any and all falling damage and ricochet off non silver/daedrio arrows. Secondly, the Dwemer sky ship mod by Mr Siika has a parachute. With either of these you can base jump from any height without harm. I actually managed to do it without that stuff by using the ResetFallDamageTimer Function. Pretty much tricks the game into thinking that you just started falling no matter how long you have actually been falling. Therefore you take no damage. On to the next scripting problem.....
