It appears there's a limitation that doesn't allow in-game brightness to be adjusted while using borderless windowed mode and was hoping there was some way around this. My monitor is already pretty bright, so turning it up higher isn't an option.

If you use ENB, there is an option in the in-game menu that you can use. You may have to scroll down for it, but it's under brightness.

 

I believe this is the only way you can do it. OR you could simply just turn off the borderless window for fullscreen...adjust...then switch BW back on lol

I actually tried both of those, funny enough. I don't use an ENB but I have enboost, and turned on graphic modification and tried adjusting brightness that way with no luck. May have been the the only setting that didn't change. When I tried switching to full screen, adjusting brightness and then going back to borderless window, it reverted to whatever the default state it was in (though the slider showed it being in the same spot).
