xextremex
Hi I need some help please. I can't do this... I just want to change the armor tints. I've tried for hours and hours but the tutorial for changing the armor tints is for the Long War patch which I am not using, and therefore is a tutorial that doesn't help me at all because I do not know the offset for the hex... can anyone please please just either point me to a good tutorial for EU or explain clearly where armor tint #2 and #3, for example, are in the code? I tried hex editor- I can't find which area to change. I tried UE Explorer nothing is working correctly. I'm not able to view much at all. Ideally I wish I could just modify the actual textures.... there are actual textures right? There has to be. Not everything was made through hex codes?? Example: the top right picture. That is a file buried somewhere right? http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/File:SPC_Texture_Channels.jpg  This is really frustrating please help before I mess up my game. xextremex
Ok yes found it thanks. I installed PatcehrGUI and I see the code you wrote. Umm how do i download a file for the PatcherGUI to read? Am I supposed to copy/paste the code into a txt file and browse to that? There's no instructions on the wiki  Edited December 15, 2014 by xextremex
wghost81
Yes, you can either copy/paste the code into text file and then open that file with the Patcher or copy/paste it directly into patcher, save the mod file and apply it.
