Deleted1848331User
The problem is with the broken CS and other technical difficulties. In order to do the tricks to bypass the broken software, modders have to to be really talented and dedicated and have lots of time on their hands. You don't actually have to be talented. You just need the first version of the CS to make .lip files and junk. The second one that most of us have has a broken part on it, and Bethesda hasn't decided to release another version with it fixed lol.
LotM
But I am really looking forward to playing the voice-acted mods that LotM is getting ready to create. I'm going to assume you're being sarcastic. It's been made obvious that I am not a modder. I made this thread to provide a resource. I apologize if I sounded accusatory. It was not my intention to put unrealistic expectations on the modding community, and you have my sincerest apologies if that's the impression you all got. All I ask is that you please just take what I have provided at face value: links to forums of voice actors who will happily volunteer their time to help anyone ambitious enough to make a voiced mod. That's it. I never pretended to know anything at all about the actual modding process, I merely was offering help in the way I knew how. There is absolutely no harm in providing a source for voice actors. In fact, a concern was raised about the actual quality of the acting in voiced mods. If nothing else, these sites can solve that particular problem in future mods by providing a pool of more experienced voice actors. Virtually every reply in this thread has been pretty much the same thing said over and over. I understand. It's hard. If there is no genuine interest, which would be disappointing, then feel free to dismiss me, but it's beginning to feel as though several of you are merely posting to flaunt your know-how and cast me in a shadow of inferiority. I would like to redirect the discussion to something more constructive. If anybody has questions about requesting voice actors from the Voice Acting Club or Voice Acting Alliance, or would like to simply express their interest, your posts are most welcome. To ensure there are no more misunderstandings of this nature, I will edit the OP of the thread to make sure that no one is given the impression I am offering tech support for modders or that I expect everyone and their grandmother to start making voiced mods. ub3rman123
Well, I feel inclined to give it a try. If anything to learn something new (Making voices). Plus, I actually do kind of need voices for a 3rd person monologue thing, as they lose a lot with just subtitles.
