Pixel Disruptions

Ok so whenever I walk around places, sometimes a white dot appears on the screen with a black outline, a pretty thick dot. I think this is some issue with pixels or something

Is there any solution on how to get rid of this? Is it because of my mods?

Can you get a screenshot of it?

 

Oblivion.esm should be on the top of your load order btw :thumbsup:

Ok i have changed my load order so oblivion.esm is on top

The first dot is on the top left of the screen when I was walking around in chorrol, the second is when i was riding my horse, near the middle of the screen.
