skyline77712
Wrath of the Witch Queen Long Ago, the Lich King married a Queen of little power. Teaching her everything he knew, she soon became so powerful, that, in the end, he enchanted her into a deep slumber and placed her somewhere in Skyrim. Some hold to the fact, that, even though the Lich King was Evil, he at least held his Queen in love. Others say this is not true; holding to, that, in his jealousy, he resented her power. Still others say, only if she had not become Dragonborn, in which she became more powerful than he, he would not have married, though he knew he needed a Queen to be a true King. The last hold, which very few people know that this is the truth, is that all of these thing are not true; that in his jealousy, not being able to be come Dragonborn, as he desired after he discovered that his wife knew the secret, seeing as he was undead and you can only be half-undead, or completely alive, in order to become so.But she knew of his betrayal as soon as he had done so. And now she is awake and wants both his body and soul to be gone forever from all dimensions and will kill anyone who stands in her way, both Mortal and Immortal (Save any Dragon, which she woships, in which they desire and resent [as they know who and what she is {and what she did to their kind}]). And now you must decide to either Join, Destroy, or Replace her! Do you have the courage to face the Lich King's Queen? Only you can decide! The Witch Queen is alive, but she is not a happy person. She is double whatever your Health, Stamina, and Magicka is, has every Spell her late husband had (plus every other Cold, Hot, and Shock Spell), all Shouts that you have, every Sorcery&Stealth Perk Tree filled, the Archery, One-Handed, and Two-Handed Perk Trees filled, and has her husband's Weapons&Armor (Armor is considered Light Armor). She indeed is your deadlist foe, as you must be at the highest level to even face her Wrath (as she is six levels below the highest level). WARNING!: She is immune to Stealth Attacks, Instant Kills, and all Intimidating, Fearful, and Run Away Shouts, Spells, and Powers (she is that powerful). VanKrill
Ok, not a bad premise, but the character and plot line needs allot of development: 00] A Witch Queen is a Character Archetype, not a character. She needs a name, her lich husband needs a name, they both need hold of origin....01] What is the hook that leads to the player being knowledgeable and involved with this "Witch Queen" in any way02] What is the WQ current plans for expansion, travel, conquest, acquisition, ascension,...03] What is the name, char-class, personality, of her chief henchmen and what is the nature of her massed minions?04] Where is her abode?05] What are her weaknesses, and how can they be accessed?06] What are her mechanisms of achieving insurmountable force/power, and how does the player learn of this threat?07] What is the mechanism for causing time-achievement pressure, and how will it be conveyed with progress updates to the player?08] What type of foreshadowing, symbolism, legend, art-style, and denounment symbolism will be used to convey the emotion of the conflict/adventure?09] What rewards are in the offing for the player?10] What penalties for delaying, ignoring, abandoning the quest/conflict?11] What NPCs will be available for companions, guides, assistance, distractions, false-trails, rescuees, and comic relief?12] How many hours of game is the conflict target to require for resolution?13] Will the content be adult-only, or general audience?14] What level of player is expected to take on this quest?15] What will the name of the mod be?16] Will the mod use any unique meshes / textures?17] Will the mod be based on or require any other mods?18] Will you be leading a development team, or are you asking others to take over the idea? Just a few of the questions that came readily to mind... -
skyline77712
I will answer Q. 18&00: The person who made Wrath of the Lich King (for Skyrim) will make it (I hope) after he finishes WOTLK. I am only an idea person. The info is just the very basics. Her origin is a complete mystery - as in it is unknown who or even what she is. All that I have said is that she was a Queen of little power. Besides, her history was pretty bland before her rise to power. But I'll give you a hint to her origins: She is of the Dragonborn Bloodline that went Evil. I'll say no more on the matter.

skyline77712
I'm saying this truthfully: YOU GET TO DECIDE! You get to Mod it any way you want. I am saying this to everyone who wants to. This is a contest to all who can answer VanKrill's 18 Q's, but the person with the best answers will be a winner. I only ask that you answer each Q in detail by teling me how you want it to look. You may copy and paste the request and Mod the story as well. I will select my favorite answer on the 31st. To answer your Q's: I was prepared for this! Edited December 18, 2014 by skyline77712
KanesGhost
I would give her a whirl if she has no Paralyzing Player Character abilities... that's not a healthy position for a lone Dovahkin to be in  ...been there, done that and found that it was just too much of a game breaker, being curb stomped is fine if you can go down with a fight. I will follow this thread and see how you go  ...sorry, I couldn't Mod my way out of a paper bag, tried a few times, can't get the hang of it

DoctorKaizeld
to be honest... i dont get this request... so you want to request this gets made yet someone is already making it? that seems out of place, why would anybody want to work on a mod someone else apparently is already working on? also this whole section contradicts itself: The Witch Queen is alive, but she is not a happy person. She indeed is your deadlist foe, as you must be at the highest level to even face her Wrath (as she is six levels below the highest level).she shares all the stats you have times 2, yet is 6 levels below the highest level and has max everything, in other words shes leveled basically 12 levels past the highest level. also why would you fight her at the highest level? that's when she'll have a huge pool of stamina and health and can spam you with whatever spells and the shout she is scripted to use. wouldnt it make more sense to fight her around level 20 with like 7 followers instead? on top of that why would she need all of those trees maxed out? she will only be using light armor, a one handed sword and magic the rest is just unnecessary filler. what would we get from killing her? other than taking a massive beating? what do we get for joining her? why would i replace her as well? if you want people to be interested you're gonna need to answer these questions yourself not make the rest of us do it for you.
