As you will be able to tell from the following list, I have NO CLUE what I am doing with this whole load order thing. Any help would be really appreciated. I could very well have conflicts out the butt here. The game crashes right after Bethesda vid plays.

Install and run BOSS . Also, you don't seem to have Better Cities installed correctly. I only see the dummy Better Cities.esp and none of the actual city components

I ran BOSS but the BOSSLOG it produces is completely blank. Also I disabled Better Cities and it still crashes. I have wryebash, OMM and OBSE installed. Which should I use to run the game. Do I have to use OBSE or will the other programs use OBSE automatically? Also any other ideas on why the game crashes?

If BOSS is producing a blank page, then more than likely you did not install it correctly. Make sure you copied all the needed files into your data folder.

 

In addition, I see Deadly Reflex but not the HorseCombatMaster.esm that is absolutely necessary unless you want your game to crash on startup.

 

Related to the above, it appears that you are not reading the readme file or the mod description. You really should read any and all installation tips that modders put up so that you can know what requirements you may need to install alongside various mods. It is also a good idea to check out the comments to see if there are problems that you might want to be aware of before even downloading a mod.

Also you're using my Immersive Interiors - Lights Addon.esp without the main Immersive Interiors.esp plugin. Your game will crash because that is listed as a master. Remember that the addon is, as said, an addon to the main plugin. Use both or just Immersive Interiors.esp.
