Dangers in merging mods with Gecko/BSACom

Heres what I want to do. Merge my 30+ clothing mods into one massive mod.

I've experimented with and got one mod's Meshes/Texture handled (took a few tries kept screwing up the archive name). I figure if I create a folder (DUMMYDRIVE\Data\Meshes/Textures) I can merge all the mod's info into one .BSA. Now after that I want to combine all the mod's .ESPs into one massive .ESP. Here's the thing, what are the chance of screwing things up epically, and is this a fairly simple task to do?
