Light heavy armor

Now, as you all may or may not know, the Amelion family armor is a type of light armor that is abnormally heavy. In contrast, does anyone know of any heavy armors that are abnormally light?

Ok if I remember correctly Obsidian from OOO isnt too protective but IS incredibly light and looks fantastic. From the same mod Eberron gives OK perfomance as armour, but is light as a feathre and technicaly heavy.

 

As for vanilla uhhh... Crusader isnt too heavy but offers astonishing protective value, at top level, Orcish is a nice middleground between protection and weight, Golden Saint is very light indeed, barely qualifying as Heavy but not terribly effective either.

 

Really when it comes down to it, it's going to be a choice between weight and protective value, you're be better off training up light armour than trying to go evasive in heavy.
