Malchik
Well I go along with two of those and to some extend a third. I don't use a horse (even Shadowmere) although I have once and it irritated me. I do keep my gear in top condition. I have a mix of weapons, not all enchanted, but I often don't bother to re-enchant anyway. On the issue of Argonians I am unable to comment. I have never played as one.
thursti
I keep my stuff at tops, that way it doesnt break. I use enchanted weapons, and after they run dry... I drop em. and for the other two. No.
Zoram
-I never use a horse (if you could attack from them I would hardly ever get off!).But I rode to all the Dark Brotherhood waypoints with Shadowmere just for the feeling :D -I only used enchanted weapons when I was playing on my evil character, daedric armour and some daedric longsword with awesome flame effect. For the character I play alot of, I have several enchanted armour sets depending on what I decide to do, thieving I have enchanted armour with speed, sneak, security, etc.Warrior armour has all the obvious melee enhancing enchantments like endurance, strength and blah blah blah. -Only thing I like about argonians is the eyes. -No matter how small or large the combat situation I repair the equipment, even if its just splatting a mudcrab with my sword. Enchanting weapons isn't as useful as enchanting armour, so yeah, for the most part. If I happen to find an enchanted weapon on a corpse though I tend to use it (if it's better than my current one). ... Horses are more of a hinderance than anything. After all, you have to get off to fight any bandits or whatever. ... There's something spiffy about Argonians in Oblivion. Something about the voice, I think. :P ... Yup... especially if my character has the Armorer ability. Then stuff doesn't tend to drop below 90. So no, you're not the only one. ;)
Lukeass
Well, I HAVE enchanted weapons, but I only use/reenchant them when I'm expecting a huge battle. For the most part, enchanted weapons aren't necessary, and can even hurt you on the rare occasion that the enemy has reflect spell. The only times I've used horses in the game were when I needed to climb massive hills and mountains. And even then, it was only because the game forced Shadowmere on me for a while... As for the obsessive compulsive Argonian armorer, HELLLLLLLLLLLLLL YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
cryocry
I used to ride horses, but I get pissed off at them for running away, so when I found them, I butchered them. I used to play as an Argonian, but everyone in Leyawiin hated me (except Argonians (I hope you know this is a joke)), so I switched to a Khajiit (yay, kitties!), and when I heard that Khajiit joke from that Argonian in Leyawiin, I made him suffer (fire damage for 50 seconds at 3pts a second). So, now, I'm on the Imperial craze. I used to be a Dark Elf, but I sounded like a god damn Wood Elf, so I started a new game. And I aim to enchant my bow some day (yay, fixed my speakers!), but have never gotten around to it. And I wear an Arena raiment, so it has to be enchanted. Hmmm, maybe I should switch to my Ayleid Aegis helmet! And I wear enchanted jewelry (what other purpose does it serve?). And I'm a master of armorer, so, yeah, I keep it in good shape... and only need one hammer!

Vagrant0
As I have my weapon damage and physics tuned, enchanted weapons tend to interrupt the physics aspect, so when I hit them, they just drop boringly. I do use them occasionally when I need something special, but usually I just end up using the weapons from chargen just so I can raise the skills. Once you get past the whole "I'm riging a horse" stuff, horses are a real pain in the ass, and lead you to become lacking in two very important skills. Athletics and actobatics. Once you get them high enough, all you need is a spell of fortify speed and you don't need a damn horse to outrun everything. The increased fatigue regen is nice too. Meh, to each their own. I try not to keep my equipment too well repaired as I always take armorer as a main skill. This is so that if I need a level for something, I can usually get 4-5 skill points rather quickly (using increased carrying capacity obviously). On the plus side, doing so allows me to raise strength more that level. I guess it's just a matter of personal preference.
