heyboiay
i dont know how to use the construction set so if some1 could plz make this mod it would be awesome. Ok a house for a wood elf. Just make a big house up high in the trees. Like a treehouse and its mainly meant for wood elves. It should have a good view of imp city and of the surrounding area. just build a treehouse a BIG treehouse thats all.

thursti
I can try but it will be on the mountain not on top of some tree.Expect this in 4-5 days... I have other stuff to do as well.
Koreno
I believe to do this, you would have to design new trees. Ones that are massive enough. OR... Even build a wood elf city like the one in Everquest 1. But it would still require alot of retex work on trees and other static objects.
thursti
I concur. heyboiay, maybe you should learn to mod. It isn't hard just go to the construction set wiki.
Vagrant0
I believe to do this, you would have to design new trees. Ones that are massive enough. OR... Even build a wood elf city like the one in Everquest 1. But it would still require alot of retex work on trees and other static objects. You could probably get away with using some of the trees scaled up, using collision boxes where needed. The problem is actually the building portion. There isn't any exterior structure that would look right in a tree. There aren't any good sets of wooden walkways either. This means that you'd probably have to make your own meshes, texture them, and hope they work in game. As this requires specific tools, and some knowhow, you probably wouldn't be able to find anyone to do it. On the otherhand, there is a Vallenwood mod team somwhere around, since that is the land of the woodelf they might have some of this stuff already done, or in the works. So you might want to check the progress on that, and wait till it comes out before you ask again. Personally, I think there are already too many player houses, and I'm not even counting the hundred or so mods. Seriously, people need to stop wasting effort on that stuff, and make some quests or something that most people would actually want to use. Koreno
I agree with Vagrant0. Way too may player houses already... Im only doing Korenos Hot Body Retreat to learn how to mod. The best thing to do if you want woodelves in trees is to hope for a complete plugin. Including a new woodelf city in the trees. New quests, the works. Im gonna do this for my new Amazonian race once I learn how. A new city, a few quests. And more.
Senus
... Even build a wood elf city like the one in Everquest 1. But it would still require alot of retex work on trees and other static objects. The wood elf city in EQ (Kelethin) is very cool, something in the same style for OB would rock. I would help make some new models for a project of this sort. Do you think it would require sone unique look furnature too? There would be a lot of unique modeling to do.... A big project for 1 modeler. - trees- lifts (could use teleporting ladders)- walkways- platforms- buildings- furnature Thats a lot of 3D work.
