buddah
OK, I am new at this. But even old farts have to learn. Here is the deal, I put together a mesh in nifskope and it displays properly, but in the cs only the base object shows. I know I am missing something and the tutorials that I have looked at have not offered a solution that works. I uploaded it to my 4shared account. http://www.4shared.c...dswords_1_.html Could someone with knowledge be so kind as to tell me where I am going wrong and how to correct it. I have set this to use vanilla textures so just the nif is needed. Thanks for taking the time to read this and helping the old fart out. ub3rman123
I've never had luck pasting objects together in NifSkope. If it's just a static, you might have more luck using Blender to paste it all together.
mccrab
I think I may have found an answer. When copy pasting, copy the NiTriStrip you want and select the object you want to modify. Then select its NiNode and paste the copied NiTriStrip. I'm not 100% sure if this will work but on the mesh you posted it worked.
buddah
I got help over at bethesda forums, you copy the branch into the 0 ninode at the top and it will automatically make it a children of the patent. That is what I was doing wrong. Buddah
