Cannot get SKSE to work with Sharpshooter's ENB

This has been giving me a headache ever since I purchased skyrim. I am trying to give myself the most immersive experience as possible, but this one problem keeps me from playing the game. I been searching everywhere for a solution but none of them work.

 

Skyrim works fine with SKSE by itself, but once I put the d3d9.dll file into my skyrim directory, it instantly crashes at a blackscreen whenever I open skyrim with SKSE loader. If I remove the .dll file, I can launch SKSE with no problems; but I won't have the ENB activated.

 

I tried reinstalling skyrim, moving my steam directory. getting MO, launching from NMM, etc. And none of those have been working either..

 

Please help me. :(

The 2 are not really related...THE d3d9.dll is having a fit with something you have installed, (check icons by the clock). Short list of know problem programs. (some can be fixed, see my SIG).

 

MSI Afterburner

Precision X

Razer Game booster

Xfire

Steam's Game overlay

 

IF not one of the above, start disabling things that start with the computer, ( icons in SYS tray) _{by the clock}. IF that does not get it working Google "clean BOOT" and try that.
