Apparently he went downstairs, and just stood by the desk, and when I tried talking to him nothing happened. So where should he be normally after he kills Lucas Simms?
BlackRampage Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 According to the wiki he should normally go to the top floor of Tenpenny tower (where his own suite is). That said, I always splatter his brains the moment he tries to kill Simms. so I've never actually seen him there myself.
