All Time Favourite Food!

I like pork. In all its permutations. Chops, ribs, bacon, ham, tenderloin or as a joint, it's all good. I sometimes make pork chops in a cream and onion and mushroom sauce. Or, if I'm lucky, I can get my bloke to make his famous pork loin stuffed with apple. He makes the best crackling ever!

Yum.

Hard to make but delicious (keeps me a half a day +X in the kitchen):

Roast Pork with Bohemian dumplings and Sauerkraut!

I like other thing too but this is my top of all times.

I love almost any fresh vegetable, but especially asparagus and corn on the cob, both fresh from the garden. I also love turnips and lima beans and spinach and green beans and stuffed zucchini; and I could go on and on. . . .

However, having said that, you have all made me so hungry I could pass out, and satanslilhelper, that pork chop dish with the cream and onion and mushroom sauce has me salivating all over myself. That sounds exactly like the dish I asked my husband to make me for my birthday, which is coming up next month. I'm not at all sure that I can wait. Pork is my favorite meat. I could probably do without meat otherwise.

Pizza! I only have it with lots of cheese and sauce though, not a fan of too much stuff on it. Pasta in various incarnations follows behind with the simple but enjoyable cheeseburgers and fries nipping at their heels.
