VaultEngineer
I know that the square mileage is limited, but one of the benefits of playing Fallout 2 was the optional quest of fixing up the old Highwayman at the den. The body could be placed at one of the old factories while the other options for hiding the repair parts might be the power converter at a power station and etcetera. This could also make use of the wrenches in the world turning them from rock-it launcher fodder to the equivalent to repair kits of fallout tactics. Heck, through in a turbo boost so drivers can try to jump from raised interstate to raised interstate ( Optional paint schemes can allow you to paint your ride like demolition derby cars and such). Hope this gives someone a fun idea.
evilneko
There is a ride-able motorcycle mod. I don't recall if it has storage though, but there are other mods for that: Personal Vertibird, the Dimensional Safe, etc.
