Mod Load Order troubles

Guys, please, I need some serious help.

 

The game will not let me sort load order for my mods and it's casuing me some serious headache, especially with XRE Cars, custom races and hairstyles.

 

A picture should be clearer, so upon launching game and selectin data files, this shows up:

It just sort them alphabetically and won't let me do anything I¨ve tried some mod load order sorting tools but well, the results were:

 

LOST - No effect whatsoever.

LOOT - Absolutely messed the load order up and now I cannot change it. For instance, XRE cars should be at the very bottom of the load order. LOOt threw it somewhere in the middle. Tried assigning priority but didn't help, XRE Cars still shows error.

BOSS - Same as LOOT.

 

I dug around in each three of those programs to try find a solution, consulted readmes and guides but alas, no change.

 

Look, all I need is a simple load order configurator/editor that works. With no complicated nonsense, just drill into the game's files, force it to load mod files in the order I want and bam. In other words, I want something that work's like the way you select data iles in Skyrim:

So please, is there anybody out here who can help me? Does something like what I need actually exist?
