MidbossVyers
Well, the Countess is dead, the Count is essential so I won't bother unless I REALLY want to, the Countess' Bodyguard respawns so I won't even bother, and now Hlidara Mothril. uesp.net says that, after waking up, she follows around the Countess all day, but if the Countess is already dead, where is she? Ferryt
Have you looked for her? I've never played this game where the Countess is dead, or looked into any of the details regarding the AI of the NPCs in the castle, but I can guess that if the Countess is not present that part of her routine that is tied to following the Countess around will not activate and she will remain in her room, possibly forever. So, check for her there, since that's where her sleep routine takes her.
MidbossVyers
Apparently, if the Countess is dead, Hlidara just stands over the Countess' corpse. Now they're both dead, in the Count's bedroom, like some kind of clichéd mafia movie.
ub3rman123
Can you use Deadly Reflex to decapitate a horse? Just asking...
MidbossVyers
Because I'm a ranged fighter, I rarely get a chance to use Deadly Reflex.
Ferryt
Apparently, if the Countess is dead, Hlidara just stands over the Countess' corpse. This may make some sense, based upon how the AI works. I don't think it distinguishes between a live and a dead NPC, as surprising as that may seem, so, essentially, Hlidara is "following" the Countess, but since the Countess isn't going anywhere, neither is Hlidara. I imagine that if you had waited long enough you would have seen Hlidara begin to wander, again, as a different part of her schedule activated.
