New to Oblivion Modding

Well, I am not good with starting a topic but eh....

I am typically new to modding and I require some help on things like what mods I should get.

I am looking for mods that add these things or have a quality of these things: Lots of content, Realism(Weather system, bleeding, some type of temperature mod, realistic lights and stuff like that), fun to use and play, overhauls would be nice too.

Don't get me wrong that I have not used the search system, it is just that there are various mods that include these, it is that I do not know which one I should get, which one is buggy, and which one is has more features....

Basically I need someone to choose the mods for me.

Also with overhauls, I would prefer if they were compatible with other overhauls as well. ;D

Oh, I have every DLC too...

Tools listed would be useful too, so far I got the script extender and mod manager. There was this thing called Wrye Bash that I came across by but the installation was complicated
