So you installed them by creating an OMOD, and using OBMM, then you go in game and cannot find them on where they are suppose to be, you also checked the esm and esps and they ARE checked. Can you give me the link to these outfits and post your load order while you're at it just in case. Could be conflicting with a mod that changes the same cells as the outfits

Can you please explain how they do not work? I don't have a clue why it does not work if I don't know what you mean by the outfits not "working"

Hello, I have been trying to find Streamline Beta 4, I recall getting it from this page but the link does not work anymore, and I have also tried to find it on TESNexus,Planet Elder Scrolls, TES Alliance, and of course google but can only find Beta 3. I am wondering if anyone has the download link and is willing to share with me.

Try moving the Oblivion.ini file to another temporary place and see if that works.

I know it uses a custom voice set, I checked the .esp and the Xivilai's voice was selected, however I do not hear the voice when my character does a power attack or gets hurt. I tried to switch the voice to something different but that did not work either. The other COBL races like Ohmes-raht's sounds do work. Anyone know the problem?
