I just got Fallout 3 today and noticed that most mods required archive invalidation so I downloaded it and then Fallout wouldn't work so I uninstalled it (I believe) and Fallout still won't work. bben46 Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 If by 'Game card' you mean video card, then Yes, that will definitely keep it from working. You need a compatible video card to display the graphics. Unfortunately, even some new laptops cannot run games such as Oblivion because they used an inexpensive (cheap) video card to keep the price down.
