(straight to it) ok i installed knights of the nine and shivering isles because i forgot to and then when i checked them none of the save's wanted to load so i had to uninstall/reinstall and not install knights of the nine and shivering isles and i got the saves to work (mystic high elf remake)

now that it all works i should just make sure that works. but when i went obmm and checked goddess store deadly reflexes and all that (esp's) they do not want to load the first time i went obmm it said you are running the original oblivion please upgrade to ########

i fixed that by reinstalling obmm so i thought i had to install oblivion's latest patch but i get this error when i get up to oblivion launcher "Old file not found. However a file of the same name was found."

"No update was done as files do not match" so how/what do i do now?

You really don't need to bump twice just because nobody saw it the first time.. We aren't all online.

Anyways, from that message, your game seems to already be updated. Where did you get your game? If it's GotY, it came with the patch. You can also check what patch you have by opening the launcher and looking in the lower-left corner.

I tried to read your original post. It is nearly incomprehensible. If people do not understand what you are saying, they won't answer. Try again with some punctuation, capitalization and paragraph breaks. There is a reason we use those - it's called clarity.

That kind of writing may be fine when you are communicating with friends who know what you are talking about. But with strangers proper (or at least something close) English, punctuation and capitalization will help you to get your point across. We don't insist on perfect grammar or spelling, and will not grade you on your posts. However if you want to get help we do need to understand what you are saying.
