The rather unique clothing style is reminiscent of "The Shadow" Only without the Guns. A full length flowing "Great Coat" Possibly with a High Neck. I have the Story and region elements plotted out fairly well, and for the most part can use stock models and textures for my mod, but I have been unable to find clothing mods to fit this look.
