Now what do I need to look at?

 

It is being caused by one of the options that you have chosen when you rebuilt your Bashed Patch. It may require some experimentation, but I would recommend first that you uncheck the Tweak Actors options entirely.

I do not see a Bashed Patch, 0.esp and your load order looks wrong. If you already use BOSS, download the latest masterlist, rerun BOSS and rebuild your Bashed Patch, concentrationg on checking mods that are installed, and unchecking any that are visible but not installed.

can't be 100% sure of the problem there but 99% sure that it is from the MAO NPC Skeleton patcher; (there was a couple spots that could have given that error but I don't feel like looking up what line that would match because I'd have to look back at previous versions)

to fix it: just update to the latest Bash and it is fixed (been fixed for at least 2 versions)

I attempted to rebuild but I'm having trouble manipulating the mods that weren't covered by the lastest BOSS Masterlist.TXT

I do not know what would cause that error, but you certainly have a lot of unrecognised mods in there. My suggestion to you is to list all of your unknown mods, preferably with links to the downloads, and head on over to the BOSS list thread, currently at this link and submit them for inclusion. You should also periodically check for the latest masterlist here.

 

Edit: The current version of Wrye Bash is 287, so you should update that, too.

will almost certainly fix your current problem (that problem was fixed in 286, unless it is another almost identical problem that is masquerading but that's pretty unlikely).

If you're not registered on Bethsoft feel free to post the BOSS unknowns in the BOSS thread here; just be aware that I'm usually slightly slower because file comments are currently emailed about even when you're watching the topic unless they are posted directly via the forum.
