Suppose I should tell you about that. It uses .net framework 2.0 files and if not done right can screw up those files which can screw up your system and in my case had to do a complete OS reinstall. If you gonna use Fose and Fomm and of course Archive Invalidation here how I set it up to avoid having my system screw up Have .net framework 2.0 or later installedInstall FO3 and get a game going it sets up files the following will needInstall Archive Invalidation and activateInstall Fose run it if you like (also read its read me as the download is a file structure of a folder within a folder)basically make sure things go where they shouldInstall Fomm and you should be good to go (I personally stay away from Fomm features I just make sure The archive invalidation is set to proper on mode and install mods and launch game using the fose button)I also use Gary Bash which needs python to run ,just to make my bash patch That's pretty much it as to how I get things running and avoid disaster ,but I'm no expert so maybe there is an easier way or I'm doing something unneccessary

Just save, exit, in fomm turn off sharing and caring for the remainder of the quest, then put it back on. This happens in the pitt and in the Anchorage quest with the female technician. Simple fix. If you do not have S&C installed, it may be a load order problem, to which I hve no suggestions; FOMM used to make a list for you, but the latest version seems to have dropped that.If it weren't for FOSE I wouldn't even be able to play, as the copy protection on the stupid GOTY version won't recognize itself. Also make sure you are on the latest patch 1.7???good luck!
Leprotto
yes, my patch is 1.7and yes, i think that's the problem, sharing companionbecause the npc only leave me with 1 option, 'Friends...'well, i use console to teleport me back to megaton, then go afterward to solve the problem, :Pthanks , maybe i want to check the load order like you said
satanslilhelper
A better way to get out of a dialog box is the console command cam (stands for close all menus) - this will close the dialog box for you.
