Get Stuck at the Beginning of Broken Steel(Or the End of Main Chapter?

I go to the memorial,tried both activate the purifier myself and ask Lyon to do,then,my character got unconcious,the ending movie showup,and then I found myself still be in the Memorial and unable to move(No loading screen after the ending movie),instead of being waken in the Citadel.

No console command could help.

 

Note:

1.The game has 1.7 patch and run with FOSE

2.Only Broken Steel is installed as a DLC pack

3.Character body texture was changed,someone told me that colud be the problem

4.My operation system is Windows 7

5.40+ mods exist,about 15 of them are installed(ticked),12 of them are 20th Century Weapons Mod(to enlable other people to use the weapons)

 

PS:Should I get the game re-installed?
