Razakel
I'm trying to attach an alchemy sorting script to a container but I keep getting unrecognized command errorrs. My skill with scripting pretty much ends at copy/paste and replace RefId. Does anyone know a good script that I can just copy/paste in that will run? I've looked around the cswiki but I've not been able to find one. David Brasher
It sort of sounds like maybe you are trying to open an OBSE script without having the CS set up for OBSE interpretation. Alchemical sorting scripts would be so complex that I expect they would use OBSE. If this is your problem, look at the information at this link: Catergory: Oblivion script Extender
Razakel
Thanks, that was the problem. Can't get the CS to open with OBSE but at least I know what needs to happen:)
PacificMorrowind
Thanks, that was the problem. Can't get the CS to open with OBSE but at least I know what needs to happen:)what is the contents of the file obse_editor.log in your Oblivion folder? (that should explain why it is failing to open)- that is assuming you are doing the command to open the CS with OBSE?... if not there are a couple ways to do it:1. use Wrye Bash to launch it (very easy but pointless to download it only for that microscopic function)2. use the command line to launch it (pretty easy)or what I'd suggest for you:3. use a batch file (a text document renamed/saved as to have the extention be .bat - forexample OBSEEditorlauncher.bat) with the following contents:obse_loader.exe -editorsaved in your oblivion folder.Pacific Morrowind
