dubiousintent
Not clear as to what you mean by "i have moved it it automatically detected the file path and installed it so then i should be able to move it back". You should first uninstall LW after a failed install attempt to get back to the basic XCom:EW install. If necessary, uninstall all of XCOM and re-install it before trying to install LW again. When giving LW the folder path to XCOM EW, just give it the folder (not any specific file) the "XEW" folder resides in. For example, from the error report in post #26: "/Volumes/###Overkill/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/XCom-Enemy-Unknown/XCOMData/XComGame" -Dubious-
liamwilliams9404
Hey all, I'm having an absolute nightmare installing this mod. I've done my best to follow the steps above but to no success I get as far as running the installer through terminal but as soon as I do I'm hit with the following bit of script and the code ends: 1_0/install-LW-OSX.sh ; exit;-bash: /Users/ebonybowers/Downloads/LW-EW-Linux-OSX-v1_0/install-LW-OSX.sh: /bin/bash: bad interpreter: Operation not permittedlogout I'm stuck, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
dubiousintent
Please see the last few posts in the "Long War fo Mac OS/X - pointers" thread. Someone else recently had a similar error and it was resolved by running the script as "sudo" (explained there). -Dubious-
