load and run fo3edit, when it finishes loading up and does not stop on any conflicting mods, say's finished at the bottom right hand side pane, you minimize fo3edit, now, do not delete things, you need to move them out, drag them with the mouse to another folder, if the file you grab is locked by the program, windows will refuse to move the file, this tells you it's loaded and you intend to keep it.

your not going to edit any thing, your just using the program to hold a digital door open for you. this makes things safe.

It has been so far, you will know if there are any problems with NPC's, red Doimonds and things Purple faces that sort of thing

Brilliant, thank you. I really needed the help and could use all I can get. xD

Would you happen to know why using a controller would mess up iHUD?

I really wanted to use that but it wouldn't work, no matter what I did,

so I looked up the issue and someone said that a controller could cause HUD mods to not work. =/

Talk to the author of the hud mods, they are the only ones whom can help in matters of xml files.

this deals with how fallout 3 talks to the xbox live data in the bsa archives, it's mission critical to make them accurate.

UIO is supposed to take care of these things...so I read?

see, if you had a way...wait I'll just open and take a picture to show you

this shows what is in the games file system, the replacement huds, the authors make need to reference data for the specific equipments.

your PC has a control panel application for setting up the controller, in there .should be a drop down menu the "system" will point to a executable, in this case your game file.

does the controller work?

I was looking at UIO, I have not heard of it. I could try it but reading the comments about it, makes me weary lol

BSA Browser is empty on my FOMM and I'm not sure what to do with it.

The controller works fine as long as I run MotionJoy.

I dunno... I just installed it and it worked. It only seems to recognise it as an X-Box controller though.

It doesn't matter anymore anyways cause I received my bluetooth wireless adapt in the post today.

I got it set up and it works but I still dunno if iHUD will work with it.
