OOO and MMM not functioning correctly

Um so i downloaded OOO and MMM so i could have more realistic roleplaying in oblivion and now when i get to the city from the alt start boat its says something like cannot go there turn around and then i pop up back inside the boat. what is going on and how do i fix it? (PS: I'm new at modding my games)thank you :)

Oh, that happens because the cell that the boat is using for the alternate start is out of the borders of Cyrodiil.

You can fix that by getting Borderless Cyrodiil

or if you have Wrye Bash you can goto the INI edits tab and activate "Border Regions, Disabled.ini
