looking for two mods

hello I can't search mods no matter what due to the badware reports, my browser is just blocking the advanced search.

 

I am looking for two mods and would be grateful if you can help

 

1) a mod to give a value of 1 gold to all items with a value of 0. I find it pretty lame to have useless items you can not even sale for 1 little gold.

 

2) I find also pretty lame that most chests are not locked, and I look for a mod locking unlocked chests (at least very easy)

1. There're several mods that gives more 'realistic' cost value to clutters. I can't recall their name, though....

2. You can use console command 'lock'. However, for respawning chests, unlocked chests will be locked again when they reset.

Thanks I found some of the clutter mods but they turn names back to English and I don't play in English, so I made my own plug-in, took some time but at last it is done.

 

I can't use the command on every chest, too much time consuming. Too bad there are no mod for this, I thought it would be more realistic and there are a lot of mods to make the game more realistic, I don't get no one thought of that one.

Sounds like a step in the right direction, but not really the realism I am looking for

also I have no idea how to lock chest in CS and it would probably take hours to do that, given there are countless chests in this game. Also that and would likely spoil some stuff for me (I just started this game).
