Couple of problems with Oblivion

One of my problems is that I am missing vanilla hair and eye textures, which makes the npcs look freaky, black eye socket and bald :C

The other one is that I cannot get my dark darnified UI to fully work, the loading screens do not apply, and the loading menu icon is missing from when you start Oblivion. Uninstaled Dark Darnified UI

Missing various meshes in Oblivion, starting with that note at the door of the Imperial City in the Plaza district(Claudius Arcadia's house), Most of the candles are missing in the Main Hall of Cloud Ruler Temple

You need COBL Cosmetics Resources for your COBL Races mods or you'll get black eyes and bald heads. I suggest that anyone using COBL read and understand the documentation on the Common Oblivion page at wryemusings.com.
