Jimbo13 Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I was hoping someone would be interested in making a camera mod that would allow you character movement during a locked TFC shot for making machinima and dynamic screen shots. ActorsInCharge did this in oblivion and I'd really like to make some films in Fallout 3 but the camera options are a bit limited. I'm not good with GECK, but I do video/sound editing, graphics, sig pics models and textures and would be happy to swap work (even if it's not FO3/obliv related) if someone could help me out with this.
