Need Help with BSA And Esp's

Every time i try click on a bsa first it does not have the oblivion icon on the bsa are esp but also when i click on the BSA file it says it needs a file exstion what should i do.

Depending on how you have your software set up, there may not be a program associated with your .bsa or .esp files, and they therefore won't have special icons. But it really does not matter, just stick your .bsa and .esp files in Oblivion\Data and checkmark the .esps in your mod manager and you will be able to play your mods, icons or not.

If you're using BSA redirection for archive invalidation, you'll have to edit Oblivion.ini to make the game read bsa file.

What LFact said. However, you might tell us what mod you're using to accomplish this. I know there's at least one (ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated) that has an installer version that does this automatically, so you don't have to worry about editing your initialization file. If that's not the one you're using I'd recommend downloading it and using it instead. Be sure to get the installer version. It's also supplied in a manual version.
