I checked the URL and am guessing you are looking for Gatts' hair from Berserk. While to my knowledge there's nothing available that's exact, these are pretty close. These hairs can be found in many mods. Off the top of my head there's MHE (forum link in my signature), and if I remember correctly there's a race mod known as Sirens & Tritons that may have it as well.
