MerlinCross
Okay, if this should go elsewhere, please mods, move it. SO, I uninstalled Fallout 3, and deleted the mods, or so I thought. This happens when I try to delete them. Granted, I found them though the search window option, but they aren't gone. I'm worried that they will eat up more of my space. The problem is, I can't delete them, since the folder path to them is gone!!! The folder is gone, so everything should be gone too, but here they seem to be. SO, am I just worring for nothing, and these things are just place holders that don't take up space? OR, are they sitting and eating my memory, safe n' sound in their own little corner of my computer, that I can't touch them in? If it's the second one, how would I get rid of them? evilneko
You're searching. Can you actually navigate to that path? If not, no worries.
KDStudios
Yeah, don't use search to delete files.Go to the actual file and delete themIf it's not there, don't worry about it.When you empty the recycle bin your files aren't actually deleted they just go to a part of the hard drive, the computer says the space is available and the files are overwritten when that part of the hard drive is used =]
