Really weird 3rd person Blue Screen Bug?

Okay... so I'm experiencing this really weird bug when I'm in 3rd person. I get some kind of blue screen that pops up for a millisecond. It usually happens when Im running and looking at a specific angle.

I managed to take a screenshot of it when it happened a lot at a specific angle. It looks like this: http://img214.imageshack.us/f/screenshot95b.jpg/

 

I tried to google this problem and found nothing like similar (except for nvidia black screen bug; but this is blue, and ONLY happen in 3rd person).

I then tried the ChaseCameraMod but it didn't really work. It still happens from time to time.

I have the latest drives for my GTX 260.

 

The reason why I just noticed this strange occurance is because I don't use 3rd person that much. Still, I use it sometimes.

I get this same thing occasionally, though it's all different colors, and only happens inside. It happens to be the same color that you see if you use TFC or TCL to look outside the walls of the dungeon or building you're in, thus sometimes it's black, or blue, or tan, or orange. Anyone know what causes this? Or has this happened to anyone else?

I've never experienced it inside buildings... then again I never use 3rd person in interiors.

I've only seen it with this color so far, and is clueless.

I will venture a guess that Weather HDR mod is your culprit. Some mods make changes to the shaders in oblivion and this could cause strangeness. If you have Streamline edited to use Fog and the recomended distances are not used, you can see strangeness. I wish you luck and hope this helps you get back to uninterrupted gaming.
