Two-Handed holster placement

Now, I've been on the Nexus for some time, but never really visited the forum until now. I don't know if this has, or can, be done. I've tried looking for mods for it, but have been thusfar unsuccessful, so I apologise if it already exists and I've just not seen it.

Now, this is a thing that's always bugged me about Battle axes and the Warhammers, and is one of the main (and really, only) reason I never use them. When on your back, the main part is right center on your back, and the stick (read: Handle) of the weapon is jutting out like, three feet over your shoulder.

Graphically, this bugs the hell out of me. There's just several feet of stick looming over your head. And as someone who spends a lot of time in third-person, this greatly bugs me.

My question is, is there any way to edit this so that they act more like the Greatswords, in that only a bit of the handle is over your shoulder? Like, make it so the weapon's head is closer to your back left hip instead of the center of your back, so there's a lot less stick jutting out? Or would any such Skeleton-stuff manipulation for that also affect Greatswords and make them broken? If so, there must be some way around that. All two-handed weapons that aren't greatswords shouldn't just be forsed to have several feet of stick/handle jutting out. Also, wouldn't that make walking through doorways much harder? You'd have to squat down so the handle doesn't just hit the frame.

I really want to play as a Dawnguard guy, using their weapons. However, due to said stick-jutting, the only weapon I'm aesthetically fine with is the War axe, and that's no fun if I want to do both a Dawnguard person, and a Two-hander. I mean, I could use other weapons, but then I don't get the bonus of both the extra Vampire damage, or that Rune ability.

Again, sorry if this is already a Mod somewhere and I just haven't found it, or if it's been asked before. I couldn't find anything like this already around.

That's the point. ALL 3 twohanded weapons share the same "bone" in the skeleton mesh. You could change the position so that axes and hammers will look the way you desire but as you guessed this would also affect the way greatswords will appear.

Drat, that's what I was afraid of. Oh well. Thank you very much for replying, even if it was with bad news. I suppose the only real solution then, is for me to just try to get used to the pole sticking out. Or just unequip it with a hotkey while in third-person. Again, thank you for your time in responding.
