Strange buggy water reflections

Hello together,

 

i am facing a strange issue - distant water reflections (no matter if detail is high or low) are somehow glitched. I do not mean the typical "blocky reflection" problem that is very common and even "normal".

 

I'll try to describe:

 

When i stand on a hill watching over distant water, that for example is placed in front of a bridge (from my perspective), then i get a typical blocky reflection. However, when i now move - such as, move "a pixel" to the left, move my mouse a little, or move in any way, the distant reflection will sort of wiggle, jiggle, .. or whatever else to call it. The reflections will "jump" around.

 

I am running a bunch of mods, however, i disabled them all for testing purposes, but the problem remains.

 

My system specs allround are: Intel Quad Core i7 @ 2,63 - 6 GB Ram - NVIDIA GTX 470 with 1 GB memory - Samsung 2233 RZ @ 120 Hz - Windows 7 64-Bit

 

I am running the game at 1680 x 1050 with Vertical Sync activated, set to HDR lightning but with forced 4xAA, however i deactivated AF because it caused a strange blinking effect to shiny grounds when moving around.

I'd appreciate any help i can get.
