[HELP] Stuck at logo

Hoping that someone can help me fix this up. Literally spend 6 hours trying to fix my skyrim setup and have actually managed to get it running until I decided to turn off papyrus logging and add a few mods back. Now even if I don't include these plugins, my game gets stuck before the main menu loads. I've been at it for 2 hours now and found no way to fix it. Also noticed that even if skyrim appears closed, I need to manually end the process else it stays in memory. I ran it through LOOT (the new 7.0 version as well as the MO built in one), fiddled in TES5EDIT and turned on and off many of the mods to no avail. If anyone notices anything wrong, I would appreciate it very much.
