MrJim
Sounds like you need to activate those mods. Click on one of those with the blue square to highlight it and then click the activate button at the bottom of OBMM.
ABH0RS3N
they are activated. the blue means activated from what ive read, and i deactivated and then reactivated them all. ive read thats theres supposed to be a data files somewhere on the oblivion game screen. i dont see that either.. Sebiale
On the launch screen, there should be an option to view your Data Files.Make sure that all the esp on the left side of OBMM are checked. Also make sure to get the latest version of BOSS and Wrye Bash. They're both still useful even with only a few mods.

bben46
You are off to a good start by using OMODs. When you activate the OMOD, Most mods have an esp file that should appear on the left side of the screen, Be sure the box is checked for the esp of any mod you want active. Some mods (very few) do not have an esp component and nothing will show on the esp list - if they show blue on the OMOD list they are working. OMODs allow you to easily add or remove mods from your active list on the left.
