Fallout 1/2 Forgiveness?

I kinda pissed people off and want to know whether I'd have to leave town for awhile

or gut it out. Because of this I've about 40 game days left to find the water chip. and

I slaughtered a few of the towns, khan, hub(entrance), and can't remember the other.

 

Anyways, I need to go past the hub(entrance) but everytime I enter through the Hub,

I get slaughtered by 4 hub officers.

 

So, if forgiveness is lacking in this game, are there anyways to bypass this area?

 

Does the game end if I don't find the chip? or am I allowed to wander?

A HAHA! No. No such forgiveness. Determined lit'le sprites, they are.

Try a new game. It takes probably about 50 days to get the chip, or at least it feels like that. It's mostly "drive" time, but boy, does that little wheel spin.

Thanks, this file I mainly wandered the cities I knew and a few new ones,

but I ended up wasting the last of the days wandering.
