Hebrilith
New poster here, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes. I've been trying to create my own items in the CS, and I generally know how, though lately whenever I've tried to make a new item and go to save it, the CS tells me "You must close all open Dialog Boxes before saving." - but the only windows open are the object, render, and cell view panes (any edit boxes etc have been closed). I've made items and been able to save previously, so I'm totally stumped as to why it's doing this now. Just to clarify what I do: 1. open TES construction set2. double click oblivion.esm3. modify an existing item and create a new form 4. etc etc 5. go to save, and get the aforementioned error after choosing a file name (e.g. MyMod) I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the CS but that hasn't fixed it. I'm pretty sure I'm not forgetting to do something before saving...

ub3rman123
If that fails, find the CS.ini (By default in My Games>Oblivion>ConstructionSet.ini), and open it. Find the line BAllowUnsafeSave == 0 and change it to BAllowUnsafeSave == 1.
Hebrilith
Minimize the CS and make sure that there aren't any of those stupid complaining dialogs hidden behind it. Yeah, there weren't any, which is why I had no clue as to why it was coming up If that fails, find the CS.ini (By default in My Games>Oblivion>ConstructionSet.ini), and open it. Find the line BAllowUnsafeSave == 0 and change it to BAllowUnsafeSave == 1. That fixed it, thanks
