Creatures stopped attacking

Pretty much just as the title says, mobs just aren't attacking me anymore. Well some do, but so far what I've noticed is: Spriggans, bears (black and brown), wolfs, bandits, vampire archers wont attack me, but rats and zombies will. With the "human" creatures, it displays the 'talk' icon when you get up close to them and they act as any other NPC displaying the 'Rumors' dialog with persuade and goodbye buttons. I'm just going to assume that one of my mods screwed something up, I'll provide a list later. I'm just hoping that this issue can be remedied without having to uninstall and reinstall. One more thing was I noticed it started happening after I was dicking around in the testing hall, I wouldn't think messing around in there could screw anything up, but it was only after I was in there that it started happening...I still think it was a mod issue though.

Well, it's not Lost Spires, I can tell you that.

 

 

It's also not the testing hall. You didn't change anything in the game that way. It's just a coincidence.

 

 

First, are you using OBMM? I'm just asking to cover bases.

 

Second, run your load order through BOSS.

 

Third, if that doesn't work, you'll have to start disabling mods until you locate the culprit. Your load order is pretty short compared to some. Just be glad you're not using FCOM. (Though I do recommend you at least use OOO after you get this figured out.)

Lost spires hasn't been enabled yet. I have some stuff installed from a previous play-through (I copied the data folder over for the esp's, textures and meshes, etc (Note: game worked fine after doing so, this creature issue is more recent)). I should have edited out anything I didn't have running. I'll post a SS of my actual load list.

 

I didn't figure it was the testing hall, hence its for testing so it shouldn't alter anything. But every bit of info helps sometimes, so I figured I'd include the coincidence anyway.

 

Yes, I am using OBMM. And as far as BOSS goes, thats where the mod list in the first post was generated from :wink:.

 

The only thing I can really think of that might be causing it (the most recent mod installed to boot) is The Blade Of The Haunted. I guess I should disable it and see if it fixes it, even though thats the quest I was currently working on.

Edit: I tried disabling Blade Of The Haunted and there was no change to my issue, much to my dismay.

Well, I took your advice and started disabling mods...I got down to Oblivion.esm and Ren's beauty pack, and I'm still not getting attacked and human mobs have NPC talk icons. SO even back to practically vanilla and the problem is still present.

 

I'm guessing its probably time for a reinstall, huh? lol.
