Bovenation
Hello, I recently finished making a soundpack for Oblivion that changed Argonian and Khajiit voices to that of the Soldier from TF2. I was thinking about making a version of this for Fallout 3, but with more TF2 characters involved. Somewhere in the forums, however, I read that uploading mods based off another game were grounds for an insta-ban, even though I've definitely seen some mods that fit the description on the Nexus (not gonna name which). I was just wondering, is this really true?

Bovenation
Ok, my next question is: what if you made slight changes to ripped sound files, such as sentence mixing, reversing, etc? Would that still be grounds for a ban?
ub3rman123
Likely. I've seen people banned before for releasing remixes of copyrighted music. If it's not done from scratch, I don't think so.
