Game Freezes at "Obsidian" Logo

Whenever I load the game, when it says "Obsidian", the game stops responding and crashes. Here is my load order

Crash at start up is usually caused by having a missing master, the esp looks for the master it relies on, can't find it and the game crashes. Load up FNVEdit and that will throw up an error with the esp name if that is the problem.
