est
I encountered with this Blood Ties bug http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Blood_Ties Sometimes, after getting Ian West to return to Arefu, the residents of Arefu will turn hostile for no reason and the quest will fail. So to prevent to quest from failing, I typed set timescale to 0 in console and world travel to Arefu and finished the job in time And...stupidly saved to game Now my game time is always -2147483648:-2147483648 PM and graphics gradually began to f*** up like this Is there a mod/console cmd could fix this? I am too late to read earlier saves when discovered this. Please help!

Eiries
I've done this a few times. Each time I threw in the command "set timescale to 30," saved the game, dropped down to the main menu, reloaded, viola. This worked in Oblivion, and since, well, the game is almost exactly the same mechanically (down to the errors you're receiving), see if that works out for you. Vagrant0
That's what happens when you set the timescale lower than 1. You might be able to fix it by manually setting the hour using console set gamehour to 12 This should set things to noon. If your day, month, and year are also screwed up, you can set those as well using their variable names instead. Console... It's for more than just cheating.
