skp. To nif.

See if you can rename the .skp to .zip and extract a .dae file. If so, you can import that into Blender using the Collada import.

 

If that does not work, open the .skp in the latest version of Sketchup and save to the new format...then try the above process again.

 

But once you get it into Blender, you will need to do a bit of cleanup and then export to NIF.
